Worst customer care ever!! If you buy from emoda.com you will never get your merchandise and to get your money back you will have to dispute the transaction with your credit card company!!

The best online store is revolveclothing they are amazing and they have a great customer care too.

marina@emoda.com (manager) is useless and not helpful at all

:( i ordered a pair of jeans in dec the jeans were on back order for over two months. in feb i switched them out for other pair of jeans. which i was double charged for. it took them a month to give me my money back. NOW IT IS MAY and they charged me TWO MORE time for the same jeans.. I think emoda has nice clothes but i would not ever want to buy anything from them because of this. now im fighting with them to give me my money. i already faxed them my bank statement showing them where i paid and they still are sending me emails saying i never paid........ :( :( :( :( :(

i gave up on emoda long time ago but then gave another shot recenetly and i was amazed that it seems that they got their *** together. Wow, actually shipped what I ordered and had an improved customer service. brad butter and affliction both suck so can;t agree on that one. check out sanctify.

eModa your website is the *** and so is your customer service however a different kind. The kind that stinks. Love your new lines..Brad Butter is quickly replacing my Afflicition stuff.

I've shop at revolve and at eModa and revolve is much bigger and probably does have better customer service. They certainly have a larger selection, but eModa's website is by far the best. Plus get cool as brands before everyone else. I'll still shop at other sites as well as eModa
